LOL
Every time I cruise this thread the wife comes in here to see what's happening :excited:
She said she didn't mind if I had an affair with good taste in culinary delights.
Now I have to start taking pics of her breakfast, lunch and dinner...
She's gonna have to take the phone I got her join the forum and do it herself tho...soooooo the phone argument is still on it seems.

Took the lazy road tonite:

Palandri reminded us to "stay thirsty" so there will be no challenging an on-line force in this thread!

Surprisingly that tavern we go to for food has Stella Artois on tap. In fact, they have one of the largest draft beer selections I have ever seen. Here's their draft beer list:

BEER DRAFTS

Allagash White
Arrogant *******
Batch 19
Bells 3rd Coast Old Ale
Bud Light
Church St. Heavenly Hells
Deschutes
Dirty *******, Founders
Dog Fish Head 60 Min IPA
Dos Equis Lager
Dragon's Milk, New Holland
Fat Tire, New Belguim
Fatty Boombalatty
Fireside Ale
Goose Island 312
Goose Island Matilda
Guinness
Hacker Pschorr Weisse
Hinterland White Cap
Hop Slayer, Wild Onion
Laguinitas Lil' Sumptin
Leine's Snow Drift
Miller Light
Paddy Pale Ale, Wild Onion
Pilsner Urquel
Ragin *****
Revolution Anti-Hero
Sam Adams Boston Lager
Sam Adams Winter LAger
Shiner Bock
Shock Top Belgian White
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Smuttynose Robust Porter
Stella Artois
Stella Cidre'
Sigel Radler
Trumer Pilsner
Two Bro Domaine Dupage
Wehenstephan Heffeweiss

Wow that's quite a few!
I need to look the names up.

The MidWest has always had a lot of the local farm town brews.

Lots of micros popped up here in the west over the last say 15 years or so.
A number have come and gone.

That danged cuss filter...

Here's two of the dinners I had while away. Both were good in their own ways but I really enjoyed the steak. :)

Steak (there were chips (fries) as well but the salad was great. The restaurant was very nice.

Beef stew made with a a dark beer. Was nice, but the view from there was better. :)

Mmmmm....stew with dark beer!

We tried making slow cooked chili some time ago with Guinness Stout.
Definitely a good add!

The meals and view look absolutely delectable!

I'll be adding some photos of Ghent (where I was) in the L920 photo and videos thread soon.
