Okay folks, nothing fancy, just some homemade salad. I spaced out whilst eating the main dish - spicy ramen noodles:) Oh well, something is better than nothing.

Sunday morning breakfast - Omelet made with hickory smoked ham, sliced black olives and topped with Tabasco green sauce.

I can only imagine what that aroma was like coming out of the oven...

Very nice one! :D We use French flour. We brought it over with us a while back when we drove to Lille. It's organic and non bleached.

We're still learning the ropes though. Had a couple of incidences with this batch.

Now we're cooking a chicken roast dinner. :)

That's why their bread barely last a day. Buy it in the morning and by the evening you could use it as a hammer.

Actually it's fairly easy to revive bread. Mist the bread with some water or sprinkle over with your hands. Place in a warm oven for 5 mins and you have nice warm soft bread again. :)

When we make a batch we just freeze it then warm it in the oven.
