Very nice one! We use French flour. We brought it over with us a while back when we drove to Lille. It's organic and non bleached.
That's why their bread barely last a day. Buy it in the morning and by the evening you could use it as a hammer.
Actually it's fairly easy to revive bread. Must the bread with some water or sprinkle over with your hands. Place in a warm oven for 5 mins and you have nice warm soft bread again.
When e make in a batch we just freeze it then warm it in the oven.
