Dinner Monday at Big Bowl in Chicago. Fresh pomegranate ginger ale to drink. Spicy vegetables and tofu noodles in Szechuan sauce.

Dessert last night - banana cheesecake, chocolate cake with caramel ice cream and tapioca pudding with toasted coconut and mango. The chocolate cake was the runaway winner!

Lunch today was Lou Malnati Chicago style pizza and a salad.

Forgot my phone in the hotel so no pics....but tonight I get to eat something tasty....

Tuesday dinner - Pasta Primavera with pesto.

Wednesday lunch - quinoa samosa with fries, steamed broccoli and carrots.

Wednesday dinner - spicy Thai green curry with vegetables and tofu, fried rice and chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream. Delicious!

Thursday dinner - garlic naan and daal fry for appetizer, bhindi masala and gobi Manchurian with rice and naan for main course, saffron pistachio ice cream, mango ice cream and gulab jamun for dessert.

It's been some time since I had any.

It's been a while...waffle made from this new place by where I work. That's yogurt for the topping which is made onsite and isn't too bad.
