So, it's been some time.

Here's the brioche that we baked.

And the French toast we made from it.

Okay, my turn. Worked hard on this one. Everything from scratch, starting with the bread flour and yeast to make a good pizza crust from scratch. Homemade marinara sauce, ground and seasoned sirloin beef, and topped with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, colby, cheddar, and romano cheeses.

Me and my family will be enjoying this quite a bit. Yes, I love to cook. Being retired, staying home and raising children, I'm fortunate to have the time to do it all myself.

"Cracker" noodles. The noodles is deep-fried and super crispy and smothered in a egg-based seafood sauce... What a crunchy lunch..

We do have plans to try the other big name pizza places while we're here, but I felt like a stuffed elephant when I rolled out of Giordano's last night. ha ha I don't know how much more pizza I can take.

After math today I had a craving for some Hispanic food. I wanted quesadillas with chicken. Cortana recommended me this place near my campus. So I go there and ordered a quesadilla with chicken cheese with habanera sauce and guacamole and cream. While eating I'm watching women FIFA and enjoying wifi :3

I ate way too much today and too many things as well. Here is the litany of stuff, filter coffee, Upma, tomato chutney, veggie burrito with guacamole and salsa, fresh fruit, samosa, dhokla, too many cups of chai, rice, vegetable korma, yogurt salad, roti, south Indian and north Indian sweets....might go eat a dosa (rice crepe) in a few minutes...
