Homemade masala dosa, sambar, coconut chutney, tomato+onion chutney and dry spice chutney (my friend's mom made it - her specialty) for dinner. Absolutely divine.

This week's lunch, hot off the stove..."Penne vodka":

1) Whole wheat pasta
2) Fresh red onion and tomatoes to add depth to the sauce
3) Lean turkey as the meat
4) J. Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum as the alcohol used

In Fl?m we went to the Viking restaurant (no joke). It wasn't a tourist thing but a restaurant based on the foods that Vikings ate.

Looks good. Didn't realize Vikings knew how to throw down with broccoli and carrots...

It was more to do with the meat style rather than the veggies I think. However the Vikings were well travelled. The menu said they based it on archeological evidence.
