Penang Hockein Mee (or Prawn noodles)... bloody prawns are minuscule!!!

Something different . Street food dessert.. "pulut cempedak"
The bottom is a layer of glutinous rice cooked with coconut cream and blue pea petals, hence the blue colour. The top is pure cempedak (a fruit cousin to jackfruit) puree

Rip the shells off and coat those bad boys in brown cane sugar for a wonderful sweet and sour experience...

Indeed, we mix bits of dried chillies in the sugary coating too for a bit of extra kick!!
