Yeah we get those from an Asian grocery store here including the chili coated ones.

When young, I had quite a bit of these. Takes a bit of sniper skill to spit the seeds out through the window louvres!! Not a exceptionally hygienic endeavour I admit, but hey... We we're kids once!!
