Jet Set Chicken. Lol, no idea who came up with that name.
It's filled with chicken breast, gauda cheese, mushrooms, jalapenos and herbs.
Have to admit the taste is very good.

The pastry is mostly like pizza but much thinner. It's hard to explain, it's very tender and fluffy.

Damn, that looks delicious!

Again, breakfast sandwich with Chio Dip! Creamy Jalapeno Salsa on one side, Sambal Oelek on the other, slow cooked scrambled eggs (so they're still a bit creamy), red sliced onions and Salami (I've had better).

Friday AM breakfast is always an everything bagel with some sort of cream cheese - today was cream cheese with chives. And every Friday I forget to take a picture. Of course, there is always coffee in my WPC mug

Outside very crispy, inside so soft. Covered with some herbs and parmesan cheese, with a very hot dipping sauce.
