First time it came out where the eggplant was soft and cooked through. I don't like it if it is a but crunchy..

I had a burrito today. This time I orders a carne Asada Burrito. It had orange rice , brown beans, cheese , onions , cilantro, red salsa, wrapped in a flower tortilla
