Somebody must have bought a truckload of tortillas and prosciutto LOL

There's an Italian mom and pop family market not far from here that makes the best prosciutto deli sandwiches...
Heck...all their food is off the charts!

Dang me...
I forgot to mention the wrapped potatoes :grincry:

The wrapped up taters did look tasty!

I saw that at an Italian restaurant in Nice Old Town as an appetizer. What the Italian restaurant did is they wrapped prosciutto around large french fry sized pieces of potato. What I did was:

I peeled two small russet potatoes and pierced them deeply numerous times with a fork. I then wrapped two pieces of prosciutto around each potato, covered them with olive oil and wrapped them in foil. I baked them at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The saltiness from the prosciutto actually made it to the inside of the potato. They were quite good and a different way to bake a potato.

Colleague and I decide on Indian food for dinner tonight. It was really tasty. Thank you India Palace in Roseville, MN. We had Baingan Bhartha, Daal Makhani, Bhindi Masala and Gobi Manchurian with rice, poori and roti. Delicious

Looks great. I've always wanted a Tagine.
We have three now. :p

The one we bought, which was used here and then we got one each from the cooking class we did.

They're best used on a gas stove but you can use them on an electric stove. There's a special metal plate underneath ours that dissipates the heat.

Weather outside was lousy.
So had to eat lunch in the cafeteria and vegetarian options were limited. Got some spicy vegetarian chilli and French fries with Sriracha and Ketchup.
