Just to clear it up. On lahmacun the meat is chopped (minced meat) and is in the paste like on my last picture. Toppings are just salad (in different variants) and sauce.
On the other hand on d?r?m the meat is sliced in pieces like on kebab or d?nner with salad toppings and sauce.

There is no Five Guys or Portillos in my country, only KFC, Subway, Burger King and McDonalds -_-

Probably not. It's primarily a west coast establishment. Kind of like how White Castle is almost non existent out here in the west.
