I can't Login to new user it says: Profile Cannot be loaded

[Windows Central Question]

i have 1 account only i wanted to make 2nd user Like new one so i created new email [address redacted by mod] then i add it to family user ..

now it says you can login but whenever i try it says:Login Failed, Profile cannot be loaded ..

this is the step after i enter my email password to login

are you able to log in to the original/main account? if yes, delete the account you created and create it again
