---edit/update: From more searching, I've learned that the gizmodo link appears to be the i760 Verizon will release. Still wondering if it's released by other carriers, though.

I actually think that it's the horizontal slider that Verizon will release, which is a tad disappointing, but oh well. I've seen it a few times now at conferences and it does look really sweet.

The latest rumor is that we'll see it next month. I really hope we do

doh. there's two i760s - the SGH-i760, which is the vertical slider, and the SCH-i860, the horizontal slider. My money is on the horizontal one.

i860 is out for Sprint. It's a totally different phone from the ones in the link.

And my edit/update is wrong. It looks like Verizon will be releasing this:

As for a Sept. release, I hope so. I'm really wanting to check this out. If it doesn't come or doesn't function well, I'll be waiting for the 755P.
