It has to do with the product number . There are multiple topics about it and even a full list of product numbers for the 1320. So far known there are three software tools who can do the trick. Nokia recovery. Recovery for retailers and the nokia suite.
You only need to download the propper rom

Oh I am so ready to do this just want to know are there any draw back in doing this? Is it official 8.1? Will I get future OTA updates? Do I have to make any changes when Cricket/AT&T finally release it?

Thanks in advance

its offical 8.1 UNBRANDED, will just prompt you to set language, then when it boots up it will recomend you set cell settings for auto, and it sets the settings for the network, on cricket sms, mms, lte internet, everything seems to be working fine.... as for OTA updates im not sure maybe someone else knows

I want to give a huge THANKS to LEO5122 not only for posting this thread but for also taking the time to walk me through the flashing process. I am (since Tuesday 9/16/14) the Extremely Happy Owner of a Nokia Lumia 1320 on Cricket with official Update 8.1. Everything is working perfectly.

Also thanks to all those over at XDA still doing their thing.

Thanks again Leo
