Is it possible to transfer music from Xbox360 to Windows Phone without using a PC?

Hi Forum , im at a loss. My computer is broken so im looking for other ways to get music onto my phone. Is there any way i can transfer music from my xbox360 straight to my lumia 520???

All your music should be stored in cloud if you opted in while using Xbox 360. You just sign in with your same Microsoft Account and all your music will be on your phone.
