is my new 1020 faulty

Yesterday I upgraded my phone from a Lumia 720 to a 1020 and everything is ok except it wont display pics/photos on Facebook or 6tag. Which is very annoying as this phone is meant to be the flagship phone and it cant or wont display pics. I am with O2 in the Uk and before I ring them up I just wondered is there any advice you Guys can give me so my new phone works just as good as my old 720.

What's it doing? Are you saying you can't upload pictures? I am not sure I understand what you're asking. You should be able to easily upload pictures to Facebook. I don't Instagram so I can't comment on that.
