Issue regarding whatsapp

I cant access my WhatsApp, only phone number were seen instead of saved names, but all the contacts are as such in phone book. when I re install the WhatsApp , after accessing my phone number and data , it is seen "Setting up WhatsApp....please wait...." this is the window opened , and I cant access , please do the needful .....
