Issues uploading photos on whatsapp using cellular network

For the past 2 weeks or so, both my brother and I have experienced problems with uploading photos on whatsapp. We have tried 2G to 3g to 4G but no matter what time of day or location or photo, the image will not upload. He uses a lumia 640 with denim while I use a lumia 1020 with W10M

Can anyone else confirm or deny that they are unable to upload photos to whatsapp using cellular networks?

Check you internet APN settings and if in WA settings you had disabled the only wi-fi option

This was a momentary issue, cleared up long ago by itself
