I find it's the little things on a new technical device that catch me by surprise. I can be prepared for setting up notifications, customizing ringtones, etc. But it's the details that aren't obvious until they are needed. For example, we have a number of recipes stored on One Drive, so when we go to the grocery store, it's easy to pull up a shopping list of ingredients. I tried this yesterday, only to discover the .txt formats of the recipe files need an app of some type that I didn't have. I tried using Word to open them, but Word wouldn't recognize them as compatible files. I searched the MS store (briefly) for a txt editor, and downloaded one, but discovered it could create .txt files, but not open existing files. Ah, well, minor problems, not the end of the world.
