I just wanted to share with everyone - just got the Surface Pro 128 for work.

Download the latest DisplayLink software from DisplayLink: Technology for USB adapters, USB universal docking stations and USB monitors for laptops, notebooks, personal computers and Mac OSX. Install it. Restart the system.

Connect the Kensington USB3 Dock using a USB2 cable (for some reason the USB3 cable that comes with it doesn't work) - you don't get USB3 speeds, but the dock functions work fine at USB2 speeds.

Works great on the Surface Pro - running dual external monitors (DVI and HDMI). Haven't tried running a 3rd external monitor with the DisplayPort, but the user doesn't need 3 external monitors. :-)

Not sure why USB3 doesn't work, still need to figure that one out. When using a USB3 cable, Windows just sees a USB Hub device with a driver error.

Edit: Even with 2 external monitors running, the ethernet port on the dock is giving me 100Mbps connected (tested at 85Mbps transfer rate).
