Lumia 1520 left side of the screen doesn't respond to touch

Hello friends! I bought a L1520 about 2 weeks ago! And suddenly some parts of touch sceen stopped responding

try to do a soft reset :- Hold down volume down and power until the Phone restarts
if this does not solve sadly you can try a hard reset

The lowest price I have seen if you do not have insurance on the phone is $200 through a company called Palco...which is the company that Nokia recommends. That's if you want a professional to do the work and make sure it is done correctly.
