Lumia 535, POP Email receives email but won't send email. How can I fix this?

lumia 535, POP Email receives email but won't send email.

I get error message code 80072F30 - Also get message 'can't send your email so a copy has been placed in your Drafts Folder' or words to that effect. I've checked settings several times - pop & smtp (set as per my Laptop & Desktop PC's) although can't set Port No's as Lumia doesn't seem to have the facility for this.
