:D Even the Nokia support page says now that Lumia Amber is available for all the devices including 520.

PS: I remember now. Wasn't your Lumia 720 from UK?

Double checked, the firmware is from India but there was GB written, I cannot find it again :(, am so stressed atm as am working on something and waiting hopelessly for this update, NSU is not working either.

There are two Lumia 720 product codes that are close to yours but I couldn't find 059S0T3

059S0T4 RM-885 ZA WHITE SWAP
059S0T6 RM-885 ZA RED SWAP

Firmware updates are lookup against product codes and yours is not a valid Lumia 720 product code. I don't know if its possible to change the product code of Windows phone. You might eventually have to download the firmware of another product code and flash it manually.

PS: These are the product codes for Indian Lumia 720 variants. Just in case you need them for reference.

059S3N4 RM-885 VAR IN CV WHITE
059S3N9 RM-885 VAR IN CV YELLOW
059S3N2 RM-885 VAR IN CV BLACK
059S3N7 RM-885 VAR IN CV CYAN
059S3N5 RM-885 VAR IN CV RED

As far as I can tell. 059S0T3 is not a valid product code for Lumia 720. I just confirmed that. You can connect your phone to NSU to make sure if it shows the same product code or not. If it does then I'm afraid your Amber update will never show up unless you plan to flash it manually.

NSU can't detect device, says reconnect, update NSU and stuff like that.

Probably due to the product code that doesn't even exist :D You should seriously face plant that phone to the faces of Nokia Care peeps.

The last time I went there, the guy wasn't ready to accept that the device had a casing gap. I kept insisting a few times, but he was like "No its not there"
I told myself, F this chap I will deal with it later.
And then some peon comes to pick up my phone at my office, offers a temporary phone and delivers the replacement at my office.

Service quality - Excellent
Service people - carp
