Lumia 820 2 "Phone" Icons

[WPCentral Question]

So I reset my phone yesterday and now there's 2 "Phone" icons on the app list. One says my mobile operator, while other says "Phone off". When I click them, they lead to the same call history.

Any ideas how to remove one of them?
