Lumia 830 AT&T RM-983 won't update

Hi. I am José from the Dominican Republic. I've done everything to update my phone and no success. Always having the (8018830f) error. I've change region, language, date and time. With or without insider or preview apps installed, used windows device recovery, hard reset, soft reset, updated all apps, uninstall all apps(to make space) so I think I've done everything. I've try different wifi connections with very good speed. What else...?☹

Don't know what you have but it is not an AT&T phone. You might have AT&T as your carrier.
If it was their phone you would be able to update to 8.1 update 2

OS: 8.10.14128.140 doesn't look like this is a released version. It was on a Nokia prototype phone that was never released.

The Nokia id317-3 doesn't show up anywhee

You will have to read up on flashing if you ever want to update the phone

I flashed it with Nokia Care Suite 5

And everything is all right. I could update as you said. Thank you .
