Lumia 920 can't send or receive photos

Hey so I just game my friend my Lumia 920 and she had to go from a SIM card to a micro SIM to change from her old android to this Wp.

For some reason she can't send or receive pics and she's on ATT. Any fixes around this? I'm not sure what it could be.
