Lumia 950 XL or Surface Phone?

what I don't like is my phone turning off at like 8 or 9 percent and I cannot power it back you. You know that annoying crap when you kill your battery and need to wait like 10 minutes to turn back on

I usually see mine to at least 5%

And from super dead, I find it's usually a couple minutes to get the at least a couple percent of charge in.... with the quick charge it must be almost immediate though I haven't actually tried it yet.

Ummm I didn't post a picture

Ah yeah, sorry. it was just the initial put on charger / take off charger curve in the picture at the top matched what you were saying you did so I thought it was yours.
