Is it after flash GDR2 ROM, the issue of "others" folder and "temporary file" will be solved?
Is it will wipe all my apps and data and i'll have to restore and re-setup everything, after flash GDR2 ROM (something same with hard reset)?

Yes manually Flashing a ROM will remove your existing data. Same happens on android as well
