We have a place in the country that takes 1:25 to drive to and there's a real obvious route that involves major highways and smaller county roads. The county roads are fairly major with speed limits of 70 mph. I plugged in the address in the Maps app and it suggested a ridiculous indirect 2 hour route. Google, and the iphone maps, as well as HERE maps all route correctly(77429 to 77853). Luckily I discovered that HERE Maps and HERE Drive are available for me to load in W10. I'll never trust Maps routing now that I've seen how bad it can be. I also love the one handed usability of HERE Drive.

Agree to this. I had the very same experience while going for a place about ~25 mins from my location and it took me thru some weird route to make it a 1.15 hrs rid (thats what Map showed at the start). Coming back - Here+ took 25 mins with a proper road route !!
