I just ordered mine from Amazon. Ordered Sunday, shipped from South Carolina yesterday, and will be here tomorrow. What's happening with these FedEx orders from Microsoft is pretty ridiculous...

Maybe somehow because I'm in New Hampshire USA - which is close to Canada I'm being lumped into Canadian deliveries haha!

Apparently that's not actually the Band itself, but just the clearance paperwork? And the Band is actually in the US. This is what Fedex told me - it makes no sense, but neither does it really make sense that it is in Winnipeg.

This is getting ridiculous....My tracking info has not changed other than the delivery date which just keeps getting pushed out a day and says Delivered by 12pm. The scanning info still states it is in Shenzhen....Cant even order one from Amazon.ca for a faster delivery.

I contacted Microsoft and they said to contact FedEx. I contact FedEx and I get bounced around 3 departments, and get no answers. FedEx sucks!

Interesting to see I'm not the only one waiting for FEDEX to deliver the Band. Mine shows "Clearance in Progress" from China..... while it also shows arrived in Memphis last Friday. I'm pretty upset! I'll go to MS store later today and pick one up there and return the first one when it eventually arrives

At least you have some kind of update. Mine just still sitting in limbo saying it's waiting for something in China. What a joke...

I opened up a trace on the package - called again today and they confirmed it was in China still. It's not going to get it here any faster, but I hate sitting on my hands like this.

I never learn. I pre-order stuff and it never gets here on day 1. Never.

Tired of waiting.....Just picked a Medium size Band2 from Microsoft Store in Houston. Getting it setup, already a much easier pairing process.

Well, provided there is no shipment embargo on these for Canada until the official retail launch date of Nov.20 ...I'm still hoping pre-order was the better decision. Time will tell....

Well FedEx says that its stuck in China customs. Nothing to do but wait. Hope at least it gets here before the Canada launch on Nov 20th.

I got Email from FedEx on Sunday indicating mine was to be delivered the following day. So I booked off vacation because if I missed the package from FedEx it's impossible for me to pick it up later.

They never came. So I cancelled the order. Microsoft has a problem with attempting to remove an order that is only part way. But I've decided to ditch Microsoft entirely in the mobile and wearable space since the carrier wasted a days vacation because they obviously can't get their software to work correctly. Bye, bye Microsoft, it's been a fun 3 decades. But never waste my time!

I'm starting to think that is exactly what is happening. Fedex called me and said that they are all being held together. It's not just a problem with a few of these.

FYI the few Microsoft stores in Canada apparently did get some pre-orders. I called Mississauga and they said that the ones that they had available were for people who pre-ordered. So if you ordered in store, then perhaps yours is coming sooner.

This whole situation sucks.

Honestly this seems more like a FedEx problem than a Microsoft problem - but to each their own.

My guess is that the Band 2 is stateside, but they can't deliver until the customs issues are cleared, hence the reason the listing keep showing China.
