Mobile heats....NO- it burns when browsing internet for just 10 mins

:unhappysweat:Hi Guys, my Lumia 720 heats up when browsing internet. Just with 10 mins of browsing, u can feel the mobile is burning. If you get a call in the same time, then your ear will be toasted. Did any one face the similar problem??? Please let me know what can be done here...Im not much interested to submit this mobile at Nokia store and wait for months to get it back.

If you don't get any other advice you could try a hard reset, that might help, but it will delete all data on your phone.

Better visit a service centre, might be a lemon.

had the same issue about alot of heat at the top of the phone that is around the ear piece and camera area.. and thats just within 10min of browsing even with an edge(2G) connection.. took it in to nokia care and got it back in 1 day.. was told they swapped the battery -not sure though as there is no way to prove it.. now on wifi it doesn't heat up as much.
