Music purchases not showing in Groove

Hi, I have been a zune/xbox music,groove subscriber for years. I can no longer see my music purchases in Groove music. Is there anyone else having this issue and is there a fix? Thanks.
PS-ive tried everything from resetting and reinstalling windows and uninstalling groove app(with MS tech support) and I still can see my purchases!

is your account signed in? Did you try logging out and then back in?

I noticed this same problem this weekend. I had the old zune 10 free song plan for years and a majority of the songs I purchased over the years dont show up as owned.
