My Nokia Lumia 930 has just frozen. How can I fix them?

My Nokia Lumia 930 has just frozen.

I have tried to reboot it holding the off button and volume button in at the same time, nothing. When I plug it in to charge, the screen lights up but is totally frozen.
Any ideas please?

Do you have the recovery tool installed on your PC? Also, which OS are you running 8.1 or 10?
