New 520 owner

Had a 920 a few months ago which I ended up selling as I just didn't like the weight of the phone. Went to blackberry and tried the Z10 and now have a Q10 that I use for work. However came across the 520 on sale at WalMart and figured I'd give wp8 another go if for nothing else just an mp3 player in the car. Got the black update installed from att last night and have been putting it through the paces today. So far very impressive for a phone at this price. Might have to look at wp8 again later in the year when 8.1 comes out.

yea the 520 is awesome. the only gripe I have with it is no oleophobic coating.
everything else is good.
btw tap to wake doesn't work on my phone for some reason

Same here, using 625. It isn't double tap to wake, it's quadruple-quintuple tap to wake! I decided to just turn it off, otherwise, I might get so pissed off I'd smash this thing into pieces!

When I downloaded the Amazing Lock app, it seems to fix the 'unresponsiveness' of double tap to wake. Now, not only the double tap is fixed, I got a new app to customize my lock screen, too!

I updated my AT&T Lumia 520 to Black yesterday and now double tap to wake works fine for me. It did not with Amber...
