No news loaded

Hello.

This morning, when I try to read the news from the app, initially, the app crash and then my phone take me to the main window. After that, every time I launch the app, only shown a black screen. I try to uninstall and reinstall the app and now, after this process, the app show the news tab but doesnt load any articles.



BTW: Internet connectivity is ok for in any other app or service. Any help would be apreciate.

What device do you have, and what carrier do you have? Is it Three UK by any chance?

Hello Laura, thanks for your reply.

My device is a Lumia 820 (RM-825), SIM Free (carrier Telcel from Mexico). Yesterday later, I reinstall the app and now seems to work fine again. I will let you know if this situation start again.
