Hi I'm hoping someone can answer this. I'm a wee bit traumatized at the moment. My beautiful Lumia 925 is going to the Nokia care hospital. The wee thing is not listening to me anymore. ( the mic is not working)

Anyway does anyone know how long it usually takes in the UK to get it fixed?

They're supposed to tell you a general lead time when you put the device in.

When mine when in it was 10 days. No idea what the lead times are like now.

Just a wee update. My L925 is back home.
Picked up Thursday the 8th and returned fixed Wednesday the 14th. So happy.
