He might be right about this. Is 8.0.10532.166 the Wp8.1/Cyan prep build that people got right before updating to 8.1/Cyan?

Edit: Confirmed, this build is to prepare WP8's for the update to WP8.1. In this AT&T thread, they received the WP8.1/Cyan update right after installing 8.0.10532.166.

I checked for updates on Developer Preview and forgot there's an update for 8.1 update 1. And now i'm installing the update I said i wouldn't install until i got Cyan.

i think Cyan coming out today is a false alarm by the one person who reported it, but i'm holding out hope.

Am i the only one suffering from worse battery life and slower LTE connection ever since Developer Preview WP 8.1.1?? Because of this alone, i want 8.1 Cyan. Anyway I'm not using the features of 8.1.1..

That does sound like the latest. It says "SOFTWARE: Windows Phone 8.1 Update"

I'm on developer preview and haven't been notified that 8.0.10532.166 is available. Developer Preview users likely got the WP8 prep work, which is needed to update to WP8.1/Cyan official, in the developer preview update for WP 8.1 Update one. So we wouldn't get it anyway.

Can any other non-developer preview users report getting 8.0.10532.166?
