OS version:8.10.14157.200 ??

Just curious as to whats new in this update ?

I've updated and it seems quicker and the screen touch issues seem to be better, or I'm just dreaming.
I'm running the 1520.
If theres already a thread I cannot find it.

Is OS version:8.10.14157.200 for Lumia 720?
If so, pls tell me how to activate it. Right now my OS Version is 8.10.14192.280 is it advanced or lag one. Pls suggest.
