Outlook Mail and Calendar Wont update or Install

Hey folks

I came back to my 950XL (Again) last night after frustrations with Android and unwilling to support the Greed of Apple.

The clean install and update to 1703 setup great, except for the latest version of Outlook Mail and Calendar, which will not install or even update (Ive posted Screenshots)

I have seen threads and posts on this issue, but theyre all 1 or 2 yrs old.

Ive tried rebooting the phone, also signing out of the Store, also.. not sure if this was wise or not but I uninstalled both Mail and Calendar that come installed with 1703, thinking it could be a broken update file, then ide hoped the XL would re-install new versions.

Ive been forced to d/l 3rd party Mail and calendar apps for now, but does anyone have any advice.

Well at least Im not the only one.. I did file out and send the error report, so lets hope.. Maybe something is going on.. Its strange because every other app I try installs fine, so maybe somethings broken.

I installed Chronos Calendar for now which is nice, but all the other email apps are awful and have text/Imagae scaling issues.

Is anyone else having this issue and is it fix-able?
 
same thing is happening to me too, little annoying... glad its not just me, wonder how long it will take for MS to fix?
 
I am facing same issue.
Even I cant get install cumulative update which show memory issue even I have 2 fb free memory.

Can't update/Download single app from store .
 
I have just updated Mail and Calendar, without any trouble. The version is 17.8500.40886.0 However, I am having trouble updating Movies and TV in my 950XL, but since I haven't used it ever, I don't mind.
 
Happened to me. The only thing i can suggest is make sure you have both wifi & data. Then go to your app list and if you see the app in a pending state, uninstall and try again. took me almost a day to figure it out...
 
Also, I would recommend pausing all app updates right off the bat and updating the store app first.

Hey Folks.. Its just updated tonight (Thurs 29/9) @20.00 UK Time, but even though I was getting 3mb/s for the 62MB file, it still took about 10 mins to d/load and 1 min to Install... It was only d/loading 200k at a time, so its pretty slow.

Also, if anyone is using it, the latest GameHub still dosent install... but I dont use it as I use the 950XL XBox Hub.

When I tried to update the GameHub, I got a message about a 10 device limit so..

Goto STORE > Settings > Manage Devices.. as theres a 10 device login limit on Windows Store, if you have 10.. then nothing will update or install.. according to the app.

Personally, it looks to me as if the App Cache on MS server needs deleted and re-booted.
