I would just go ahead and infract or ban him, especially since he didn't read the last warning I gave him. Ignoring PMs especially those that contain infractions should now warrant an automatic 7 day ban

Ok. I'll keep an eye on him. If he starts at it again, I'll give an infraction or ban.

Gave him an infraction for trolling, since he already had a warning on his record that wasn't expired.

I did that already. He is also a member at AC so maybe a week away from both sites will get him to pay attention.

I think all bans from here on out should be bundled with PP bans because they can still take their nonsense over to the front page (mrburrrns has been doing this for months). I also think that if they don't confirm that they've read the infraction PMs within 24 hours of us sending them, they should get an automatic 1 week ban.

I think all bans from here on out should be bundled with PP bans because they can still take their nonsense over to the front page (mrburrrns has been doing this for months). I also think that if they don't confirm that they've read the infraction PMs within 24 hours of us sending them, they should get an automatic 1 week ban.

This is why I request Read Receipts whenever I infract someone for something like that. So I can then turn around and say "I infracted him and he saw it" or "I infracted him and he never read it".

All bans are PP bans if you haven't been doing that start. James already gave the order I think it was in one of the weekly updates shortly after the PPadmin was created. As for if they read the infraction report or not don't sweat it. Just continue to take the usual actions as if they had read the infraction report. If it ever comes up and a member says I never read the infraction report I would just say that's not my problem you should read your mail.

I want to add their is no need to wait on an second infraction. Lets say you give someone an infraction at 7pm and then at 7:05 pm the person does the same thing again without reading the infraction report. Give that person another infraction.

Here's his only post. I was going to infract him but couldn't decide if it was "Advertisement" or "Spammed advertisements". Obviously, it looks like spammed advertisements, but he tries to engage too. So I'm a little unsure.

He just admitted to using WindowsPhone8User as a dummy account when his actual account got in trouble.
