I think dubUteeEF is nothing but a troll. Already gave him warning + infraction. Only 2 posts and both were violations.

You are quick on the trigger finger today Laura. I got the report and read the thread. Went to give a warning on the first post, said this post has already been warned. So moved on to infract the 2nd post, again was told this post has been infracted already. Going to have to speed up my game to keep up with you!

I would've banned him right away based on his name alone. Anyone with a name like that sure isn't looking to contribute to this community, just my opinion.

Just got this pm from Morpheus Phreak:

Calling me a troll is not a wise move. I also don't appreciate the temp ban while the other person was allowed to roam free when I was the one that ******* reported the thread in the first place.

As I mentioned before I've spent the last 15 years consulting for and working for Microsoft. I'll be letting folks know to steer clear on the teams.

I replied back to him informing him that everyone involved has been treated the same and explained why he was infracted. If he continues to be hostile I'll infract him further.

I'm not expecting a response from jaj324. I'm the only mod who has infracted him so far, and he's never replied to my PM's that go with the infractions.

This is important, never discuss the actions taken on one member with another. How will jaj324 feel is he finds out that he was infracted because Morpheus Phreak complained. Even if that is not what happened. I understand that you sent Morpheus Phreak a PM but a PM can become public knowledge with a simple copy and paste. What is Morpheus Phreak decides to forward your PM to jaj324 with a HAHA I got you an infraction.


In this situation Laura becomes that bad guy giving the infraction only after Morpheus Phreak complained. That is not the way it happened but the information out there could be warped to read that way.

Whatever the case never discuss the actions enforced on one member with another. It always leads to disaster.

Just an FYI on jaj324. He was temporarily banned over at Android Central. Then he made up a new username at Android Central, "wp-user", which was banned. I PMed one of the Mods over at Android Central about him and here is what he said:

I am seeing an IP match between jaj324 and wp-user Android Forums at AndroidCentral.com The IP is 68.113.71.72

He has only used jaj324 over at WPC and I am showing no AE match for any other name.

Would you please check in your Moderator Control Panel and see if there is an AE match for jaj324 and wp-user? Thanks.

My guess is he'll come back with a new username, but his IP: 68.113.71.72 will give him away.

Just an FYI on jaj324. He was temporarily banned over at Android Central. Then he made up a new username at Android Central, "wp-user", which was banned. I PMed one of the Mods over at Android Central about him and here is what he said:

At which point we'll ban him for multiple usernames. I saw this earlier and asked Dave to take a look into it, as Morpheus was getting a bit freaked out by jaj's behaviour specifically targeting him. I'm glad eric and pal have looked into this further. I thought since I was involved in earlier dealings with Morpheus it might be wise to take a bit of a backseat on the next infractions involving him in any way.
