Just an FYI - No Action Has Been Taken
jaj324 did come back with a new username on 12/25/2013. I noted he was banned again at Android Central
His second account is http://forums.windowscentral.com/members/fantaztic.htm AE IP match 208.65.30.162
His post with both fanTAZtic and jaj324 have been fine.

Oui! but I think we should just leave it for now. If he gets banned again using jaj324 and then comes back using fanTAZtic, I think we should passport ban him, but those are just my thoughts. We need to leave any disciplinary action at this point to Dave.

I PP Banned the 2 extra user names and let him know that if he creates any more user names I will PP ban the new name and jaj user name. I will let yall know what he says if he replies to my PM.

I purposely didn't leave any room for discussion. Its more of a results of your actions thing. I don't expect a reply at this time I haven't gotten one. Just have to wait and see if he does it again. If he does it again he is gone forever. If you all catch him please alert me and let me do the banning. This involves a PP ban that is not spam and could come under review. I will take the heat on this one.

I doubt if he'll say much if anything at all. I was the only mod at one time who ever dealt with him. He only responded to one of my PMs (the last time I gave him infraction), and this was all he said.

FYI he has a new user name on AC already. His newest user name is phlamethrowre he signed in with that one on the 26th I PMed him on the 27th. He has not used that name here at this time. This person has no desire to follow the rules.

You might be thinking of Rakesh1995 that Laura banned not long ago. Both from India but no ip addresses in common so far.

I looked again using Mod control panel, since I think Rakesh Racky and rakesh1995 are the same person too. Unfortunately no IP match yet.
