Phone Settings/Incoming Call Speech?

When I get an incoming call the phone tells me who is calling(speaks the name or number). How do you turn this function off? I had it turned off on my old(defective) 710 but I can't seem to remember how to turn this function off on my new 710. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have checked all of the settings, but found nothing.

Go to settings Ease or access uncheck the box Speech for phone Accessibility
