Phone Stuck on exclamation mark

Any one got the solution for volume key stuck problem??

Yeah I had my Lumia 1320 under the rain for about five hours and its stopped working in the evening with the exclamation mark. I left it out to dry and after trying all the combinations mentioned here I just started pressing volume up button at random with the other three buttons and it eventually came on but with the volume down stuck. Been trying the volume up for 15 - 30 secs but to no avail, will post if it somehow goes back to normal. :straight:
