Playback issues groove music

Hi guys. I'm having a problem with my groove subscription. All the albums I have downloaded won't play, it just scans through each track without playing anything. Any albums that I have bought play fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Strange. Some history and what you're running might help others support you. My downloads play fine, in any and all ways. Good luck getting past this. I'd call Microsoft: -800-4my-xbox (469-9269)is the last number I called for Groove support -they've solved my issue. Good luck getting past this, which I'm sure you will if it's just a subscription music issue.
