The Battery app by Arthur Semenov has connection settings which you can pin to the homescreen.

Use quick settings app. The app has all the needed shortcuts and is highly useful

Connectivity Tiles : Connectivity Tiles | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)
Because it has the most standard icons (same as wp8)
And because it's one of those rare apps that doesn't require access to your camera, photo and music libraries, phone identity, ... for the simple function it does.

I reorganised mine as well. Still not 100% happy with the bottom row but it will do for now.

They seriously need to adjust the damn settings so that the 7th row shows up on the first page. Its ridic.

Just switched from indigo to steel this morning. Those and cyan are my favorite tile colors. LOL, my friend just so happened to take her turn in Words by Post just as I snapped the shots...

if only they utilised the empty real estate at the top, then the 7th row would fit.

The toast notifications, for all the time they appear could stay where they are and it would still work.

I think the "split" row is there to create sense of continuing display, much as page headers
