problem after amber update

hi i just updated my lumia 620 with amber update but i m getting some errors like
when i switch off and on the phone the volume decrease to 13 from 30
some times it hangs ..
touch unresponsive

i reset it with hard and soft too is there any way to repair it ?

the audio going back to 13 seems to tell that your battery saver mode might be on...
