Problem Facebook Chat and Facebook Application

Hello friends,

This is the first time that i write a post here but i need help with a problem that i have. I have a Nokia Lumia 1520 and facebook Messenger and facebook oficial app doesnt show me push notifications. I dont know how can i fix this problem. I reinstalled the OS yesterday but the problem is still happening.

Is The Battery Saver On?Check it.Use a better data connection.Turn on push notifications in both the apps.Restart the Phone.
