This is one of the more (if not THE most) solid concepts I've seen for WP10. It manages to preserve the soul of earlier WP builds while giving a completely refreshed look to the platform and addressing many user complaints. Have "Programs" renamed to Apps (and categorized more logically), an ability to control the translucence of tiles which would allow for more background visibility, and have the selected background work on all system applications (like the Store and Music apps) and I'd die a happy man. But really, aside from these pet peeves, it just needs some more polishing/refinement as the article already says (and that's guaranteed to come with a professional final version) and it'd be good to go!
