Surface Keyboard recognition problem

Sometimes surface keyboard recognition abruptly changes out of nowhere. It happens at least once a month. Sometimes it lasts for hours.

Last time, if I press "1" then surface thinks it was "!". So I try caps lock on. It still thinks it's "!". So I try SHIFT+1. But it still thinks it is "!"

In other times, different error happens. "A" could be recognized by surface as "F"

Every time it's different. But it's always really strange and I can never tell why it suddenly happened.

What could be the reason?

If you disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, does that help? Do you have the corrent keyboard and language installed for your region?
